Why was my ID rejected?

A proof of identity photo may be rejected for any of the following reasons:

• It appears photoshopped, edited, or tampered with in any way

• Is inconsistent with provided details

• Is already submitted on another account (this may result in banning your account) 

Submitted photos must be of the physical ID itself. Recreated, either digital or printed, will not be accepted. For best results, we recommend placing the ID on a dark background with good lighting while avoiding glare.
