What if I don't live in the U.S.?

We currently do not support ID verifications outside of the US.

This requirement only applies to US-based studies, but we are working on expanding this capability in the future.  If you reside outside of the U.S. but have the task to verify ID as active on your account then please reach out to us at support@pulselabs.ai and we will correct this.
