Start session button doesn't work for screen recording on Chrome.

When participating in a study that uses screen recording on Chrome, microphone access must be enabled. If the initial popup is missed or accidentally declined, you may need to reset your permissions.

Follow these steps to reset your permissions for the dashboard.pulselabs.ai website on Chrome. 

  1. Select the menu icon (three vertical dots) at the upper right corner and then select Settings.

  2. Select Privacy and security from the left side and then select Site settings.

  3. Choose the option for dashboard.pulselabs.ai.

  4. Select Reset Permissions and then select Reset.

  5. Refresh the Pulse Labs website before attempting the session again. When you select Start Session, a popup displays to allow microphone access.
