My GoPro won't connect to the Pulse Voices app
These steps will guide you through connecting your GoPro to the Pulse Voices app on your phone.
Note: Use the power button on the side of the GoPro to turn it on. The red button on top of the GoPro starts recording which prevents connection to the Pulse Voices app.
Follow these steps to close everything on the Pulse Voices app and then manually connect the app to the GoPro.
- Select the multitask button (|||) at the bottom of the app's screen and then select Close All.

- Open the GoPro Quik app located on your home screen. Continue as guest if prompted.
- Select the GoPro icon in the lower right corner. The "Camera Found" message displays. The app attempts to establish a connection.

- When your GoPro has connected, the device details (device name, device model, battery percentage, etc.) display. Select Enable Preview to verify the connection.

- After you have checked the preview, close the GoPro Quik app.
- Open the Pulse Voices app, complete the connection process again.
