How to copy and paste transcripts from Microsoft Bing platform?

  1. Select Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select everything on the screen. It's okay if the selection includes parts of the chat that are not the interaction like logos, links, etc.
  2. Select Ctrl + C or right-click the selection and chose Copy.
  3. Go back to the survey question text box where you need to paste the transcript and select Ctrl + V or right-click in the text box and choose Paste.
