      How do I find the serial number of my computer?

      Finding Serial Number on Windows or Mac

      Windows:
      1. Open the Start menu and type in "System Information" and press Enter.
      2.  In the System Information window, the serial number is located in the "System Summary" section.
      3.  Look for the "Serial Number" field, and the serial number will be listed next to it.

      Mac OS:

      1. Click on the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of your screen.
      2. Select "About This Mac" from the drop-down menu.
      3. The serial number will be listed in the About This Mac window.
