      How do I find my serial number or device ID on Alexa?

      Your Alexa device’s serial number number is a unique identifier that can be used to determine its firmware version. Here’s how to find it.

      1. Open the Alexa app on your mobile device.
      2. Tap the Devices tab, then tap the device whose serial number/generation number you want to find.
      3. Tap the Device Info tab.
      4. Scroll down to find the Serial Number/Generation Number.

      Alternatively, the serial number can also be found on the device itself. It is usually printed on a label on the underside of the device.
