How do I find my serial number or device ID on Alexa?

Your Alexa device’s serial number is a unique identifier that can be used to determine its firmware version. Here’s how to find it.

  1. Open the Alexa app on your mobile device.
  2. Select the Devices tab, then choose the specific device to view its details.
  3. Select the Device Info tab and then scroll down to find the Serial Number/Generation Number.

Alternatively, the serial number can also be found on the device itself. It is usually printed on a label on the underside of the device.
