After creating your account and logging in, you can manage your account and billing by clicking on your name near the top right corner of our website. Then click “Account Settings.”
You can change your organization name, reset your password, and enable Alexa Skill Management API (SMAPI) integration to facilitate beta testing. You can also edit your SMAPI details to connect to a different Amazon developer account if needed.
Basic and Premium Billing
If you need to add or change your billing information, choose “Billing” on the left side of your screen to edit your credit card payment information.
Enterprise and Agency Billing
Our finance and accounting team will bill you monthly according to your contract. We can accommodate a variety of different payment needs including vendor authorization forms. Please contact your account manager or our finance and accounting team for any billing-related questions.
